Spiced Cancer Fighting Tea

A healing cup of TEA that is so delicious you’ll want more than just one.

1) Root Tea:

In a small sauce cooking pan add:

  • Four cups of water
  • One teaspoon of Burdock Root
  • One teaspoon Dandelion Root

bring to a boil then simmer for 15 minutes

2) Jar of Spicy Mix

  • 1 tablespoons Turmeric
  • 1 tablespoons Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Allspice
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (nausea relief)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (pain reducer)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Clove (adds heat and numbs pain)

Mix thoroughly in a 4 oz clean jar.

3) Leaf Mix

In a 2 to 4 cup infuser teapot add


  • 1 teaspoon of Peppermint Leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of Red Clover Flowers

Pour the entire Burdock and Dandelion simmering mix over the above. Cover an infuse for 3 to 5 minutes more.

4) Froth

In the sauce pan add milk of your choice
DO NOT OVER COOK!!!

  • 2/3 cup Milk per serving (Almond give an unique added flavor)

Heat and wisp to about 150 degrees . Should create a lovely froth.

5) In your favorite
mug or mugs add:

  • ½ cup of infused tea
  • ½ teaspoon of your spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon or more of you favorite honey*

Stir well and topped off with frothed milk

Viola!
